Refund Policy

This policy explains when purchases may be refunded, how to cancel a subscription, and how to contact us about a payment issue.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and one-time credit pack purchases made for Fastly AI services. Fastly AI is operated by TOTM TECH LTD, a company registered in the State of Washington, United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Our products are digital services. Credits and subscription benefits are normally delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Credit Pack Refunds

You may request a refund for a credit pack within seven (7) calendar days of purchase if no credits have been used from your account after that purchase. Once any credits have been used to process a file or generate an output after the purchase, the credit pack is considered delivered and used and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the purchase qualifies under Section 4 below. Purchased credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for an unused portion of a billing period. However, if a subscription renewed unintentionally, you may request a review within seven (7) calendar days of the renewal charge. The renewal may be eligible for a refund if no credits or paid benefits from the new billing period have been used. Canceling a subscription does not automatically submit a refund request.

4. Eligible Payment Issues

We will review refund requests involving: - Duplicate or incorrect charges - A successful payment where the purchased credits or subscription access were not delivered - A material technical failure that prevented use of the paid service and could not be resolved by our support team - A fraudulent or unauthorized transaction reported promptly by the account or payment method owner - Any refund required by applicable law If an individual processing task fails, the credits used for that task are normally returned automatically. An automatic credit return is not the same as a monetary refund.

5. Generally Non-Refundable Situations

Except where required by law, refunds are generally not available for: - A change of mind after credits or subscription benefits have been used - Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result when the service operated as described - Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal, unless the request qualifies for the renewal review described in Section 3 - Account suspension or termination caused by a violation of our Terms of Service - Requests submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after the relevant purchase or renewal, unless the issue could not reasonably have been discovered earlier

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@fastly-ai.com with the following information: - The email address associated with your Fastly AI account - The order, invoice, or transaction ID - The payment date and amount - The reason for the request and any relevant screenshots We aim to review complete requests within five (5) business days. We may ask for additional information to verify the payment or account ownership.

7. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. After approval, the payment provider or financial institution may require an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days to post the refund. Any credits or subscription benefits associated with a refunded payment may be removed from the account. Currency conversion differences, bank fees, or other charges imposed by third parties are outside our control.
