1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This includes:
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up through a third-party authentication provider, we may receive your name and email from that provider.
Payment Information: When you make a purchase, our payment processor collects your payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including the tools you use, files you process, processing parameters, timestamps, and feature usage patterns.
Device and Technical Data: We collect information about the device and browser you use to access the Service, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
Content You Provide: When you upload files for processing (images, audio, etc.), we temporarily store these files to perform the requested operations. We also collect any text inputs you provide to our tools.
Communications: If you contact us for support, provide feedback, or participate in surveys, we collect the content of those communications along with your contact details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including processing your files, delivering results, and managing your account and subscriptions.
Authentication and Security: To verify your identity, protect your account, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Billing and Payments: To process payments, manage subscriptions, track credit usage, and send you invoices and receipts.
Communications: To send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, payment receipts), service announcements, and, with your consent, marketing communications.
Analytics and Improvement: To understand how users interact with the Service, identify trends, measure the effectiveness of features, and improve user experience.
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and to enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.
We do not use your uploaded content or processing outputs to train, improve, or develop our AI models unless you explicitly opt in to such usage through your account settings.
3. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Our security measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing
- Access controls and authentication requirements for internal systems
- Monitoring and logging of access to production systems
- Employee security training and background checks
Your uploaded files and processing outputs are stored temporarily on our servers for the duration necessary to complete the requested processing and to allow you to download results. After the retention period specified in your plan (7 days for Community, 90 days for Premium), files are automatically deleted from our systems.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to promptly notifying affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate, provide, and improve the Service. These providers may have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Our third-party service providers include:
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage
- Payment processors for handling financial transactions
- Email service providers for transactional and marketing communications
- Analytics providers for usage tracking and product improvement
- Customer support tools for managing support requests

- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Maintain security and operational records
Uploaded files and processing outputs are retained according to your plan tier:
- Community plan: 7 days from processing
- Premium plan: 90 days from processing
After the applicable retention period, files are permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We respect these rights and provide mechanisms for you to exercise them.
Rights under GDPR (European Economic Area residents):
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
